We proudly ship Australia-wide and aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within Australia only.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Rates

Our current shipping rates are:

• Standard Shipping (orders under $100): $11.95
• FREE Standard Shipping on eligible orders over $100 (excluding bulky items)
• Express Shipping (small to medium parcels): $19.95
• Express Shipping (large or bulky items): from $39.95

Some larger items, including walkers, rollators and other oversized products, require specialised freight due to their size or weight. Additional shipping charges will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch most orders within 1–2 business days.

During busy periods, public holidays or unforeseen circumstances, dispatch may take a little longer. If there are any unexpected delays, we'll keep you updated.

Orders are not dispatched on weekends or Victorian public holidays.

Delivery

We use a trusted combination of Australia Post and reputable courier services.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your parcel.

While we always do our best to assist, delivery timeframes are the responsibility of the carrier once your parcel has been dispatched.

Local Delivery

Free local delivery is available within selected areas around Swan Hill.
